ALL Rating 4. TripAdvisor Rating 4. The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and inviting. Any oddest request was fulfilled. Breakfast had plenty of choices, fresh, and very early. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone and when in Paris again, will absolutely look no where else.
The staff truly makes a difference! Excellent Customer Service, I love the location and the staying in the hotel. Fatilletou, she is a wonderful employee who is passionate about her job and every day gave her best, especially on my daughter's birthday, she prepared a warm and pleasant surprise in the room with balloons, decorations and delicious cake. To all of them, I wish them the best in their work and I urge the Hotel Management to recognize this great work.
